My Goals:
-Be kinder to myself

- Quit waiting till I lose the weight to do things. Get out and enjoy life, no matter what size i am wearing. The number on the scale, or size of my pants, does not define me!

-Learn appropriate portion sizes

-Drink more water

-GET UP & MOVE MY BODY!






My Program:
*learning to improve my relationship with food and myself.

* I focus on eating real whole foods, and no grains or processed foods, still haven't given up dairy. I am around a 80/20 plan, aiming to be closer to a 90/10.

*lots of fruit and veg

*pay attention to portions

*I avoid wheat products

*Incorporating exercise back into my life. I love walking, stepping it up with some I am interval training. I also started a bootcamp twice a week, and soon to begin a yoga class.

*Journal my ups and downs, to help me see the bigger picture.

*Never, Ever, QUIT!
There is no all or nothing about this, learn to except the bad with the good.









Personal Information:
I'm married and we have a much loved, pointy nosed dog, named Chinook :) We live in the Kingston, Ontario area. I am always ready to laugh, and quick with a smile. I'll dance around the house for no apparent reason other than it's fun. I like my positve attitude. I love to travel far and near, hike, anything to do with dog and training. I'm passionate about cooking. Enjoy Entertaining.
One of my favourite past times is curling up with a good book.
