Thanks for stopping by! I've been struggling with my weight since the birth of my second son. No matter what I do the scale doesn't budge! I'm a lifelong runner and run a lot so it's been heartbreaking to not see improvements in my weight.

I ran my first marathon last year and loved it so much that 5 months later I ran another! Even while training for my 1st marathon I didn't lose anything....until I trained for my 2nd one. Then I lost 5 pounds but gained it back within 2 months. ...

We're ready to have another child but I don't want to get pregnant with this extra weight. I'm hoping to lose 10 pounds so I can feel great when I get pregnant.

Great work on your marathon!! Wahoo! Sometimes it's good to remember what our bodies are capable of when we aren't as happy as we wish to be with how it looks.

What is the "calorie cycle program"? I'll be training for my first marathon and would love to hear any advice you might have!
