    I work out EVERY DAY! I try to make an excuse on Sunday's, but I do cardio every day and since I am doing the 30 Day Shred video, I even do that on Sunday's as well. I do strength training Mon, Wed, and Fri. I constantly do Random Acts of Fitness throughout the day. Check out that message board. That's what really got me going and changed my attitude towards working out. People say little bits of exercise don't count but I know it all adds up.
    You said I referred you to this site but I still don't know who you are? Are you related, and do you live in Chicago? I think I know who you are? Cook or Chef?
