Sabotage: Itís okay to eat this unplanned food because itís just this one time. Response: Iím fooling myself if I think this time doesnít matter because EVERY time matters. Every time I eat off track I make it more likely I will the next time, which makes dieting harder. Every time I stick to my plan I make it more likely I will the next time, which makes dieting EASIER!

Yup! We all need to feel important and appreciated--which you are. I hope you are getting the hang of dealing with diabetes. It can be done. You've got lots of support here on emoticon . That's what we're all about.
