I have always been an active person. I have been exercising for the over 25 yrs of my life. For the past 10 yrs I have undergone 8 IVFs and several other treatments to have that baby we have always wanted. All it has left me with is an extra 50 lbs because of all the hormones I have been on. I do not regret doing treatments at all and would do it all over again. But I have not been able to shake off this weight.

All it has left me with is an extra 50 lbs because of all the hormones I have been on. I do not regret doing treatments at all and would do it all over again. But I have not been able to shake off this weight.

Being a vegetarian is also an issue with the weight. We have always eaten dinner late in the evening (like 9pm), never ate breakfast. Still I was not overweight like I am now. Now, I eat a good high-protein breakfast, track all the foods I eat and drink lots of water. I want to see where this takes me.

I think most days your carbs are fine. I just think once in a while we have to shake up our bodies and fill it with something different.
