Karla's Gonna Lose it!
5/10/13- I'm done being the fat girl, fat wife, fat mother, fat friend, fat employee and fat daughter! I have wasted too much time in this oversized version of me, too tired and embarrassed to get out and do fun and exciting things. This is probably the 110th time that I have started a healthy lifestyle change but I am motivated to make it my last. I have started a blog site too... feel free to check it out. There is not much on there yet but it's a start. ...

My overall goals are: (by 11/30/13 1. Lose 100-120 pounds 2. Change my lifestyle (Eat right & exercise regularly) 3. Wear Size 5-7 pants 4. Wear Size medium shirts 5. Repair my self-esteem 6. My Program:
My program is simple.... I'm going to do the old fashion eat right and exercise. No gimmicks, no pills, no diets. Just plain ol' hard work. This is a change that I plan on making forever. So I didn't want to do anything that I couldn't do forever. My workouts consist of, cardio (walking, running, dancing, wii fit, ect...) & strength training. I recently bought 30 Day Shred
