Anything is possible ......

Hola , my name is Noemi im 27 yesrs old i have a 7 year old son and after giving birth i gained 50 pounds which made me at my biggest almost 200lbs ,that was the turning point in my life .Now after 1 year of struggling ive lost 54 lbs ! went down 8 sizes and feeling more faboulous than ever.....so the saying is true "Anything is Possible"!

We have to figure out a way that people who walk slow and people who want to jog can enjoy the time together. I think maybe we start out with a walk - just to get people used to the idea of going outside on lunch? Then after we do that a couple of times, maybe we can up the intensity? No one wants to get all sweaty in the middle of work - and it would have to be on a friday so we can wear tennis shoes.

Maybe I'll send around emails tuesday asking if people want to join me for a midday walk. :)

I love that idea - we have that wonderful river trail right next to us. Have you ever been up there? It's so nice - there's always a breeze, and ocean birds and it's niiice.

I was even thinking that maybe in a week we can all go for a half hour walk on our lunch break - and just eat at our desks. What do you think?
