Just stopping by to see how you are doing Bonnie. I saw the previous post by Kathy and looked into this cookie diet, lol. As always if it sounds to good to be true, it usually is. Eating cookies and trying to have a regular meal at dinner can get boring over time and too restricted. What comes with quick weight loss is usually quick weight gain, usually being the key word.
