Getting to my goal

I am returning to Sparkpeople to achieve my goal to lose 20 lbs before summer. I previously lost 30 lbs and gained 10 lbs back. Now I am on a mission to get these pounds off and keep it off!

I am an aerobics instructor and currently taking a break to get myself back in shape and also to increase my endurance.
