So it's been almost a month and I've lost 11.4 lbs. It has been very interesting learning about nutrition. No longer am I looking at just the calories but also the nutrients. The Food Tracker is an excellent tool, I'm trying to find the right combination of foods to meet the RDV for Protein, Potassium and B12.
I'm also drinking more and more water. Who knew your brain needs it to function! Duh! One of my Fast Start Goals is to learn something new each day. Learning this, was a biggie!
