Thank you for taking time to read my blog and for the kind words! I am lucky to be a stay at home mom so I have more time to workout then some. But, there are days when I am gone for 7 + hours. On those days, or other busy days when I might decide I am too tired later, I get up extra early to exercise. That way I cannt talk myself out of it!
Hi Luv2Dive! Thanks for the jump rope story. I have the one at work, and one at home, and am trying to work up the nerve to pick them up again. I bought a hula hoop last fall and it has been staring me down for months. I've never done it before so I watched a bunch of video lessons, but somehow there is a mental obstacle (something about being 40 and not knowing how to hula seems embarassing! Plus I would have to go to the park to do it). Perhaps I will try and take it for a whirl this weekend! I hope mine doesn't bruise me! 1968 days ago
