    Hopefully I am back on line. I never gave up my goal and continued to work on it. I just backed off the website for a little bit. Anyway, there is a new you bootcamp that starts January 4th that I really think you need to join. There are even prizes associated with it. If you want you can find it via my sparkpage.

    At least you had a plateau after a bunch of pounds. I'm still at 4. Last night I had a severe case of food poisoning from wild mushrooms and haven't looked at food and still stay the same! I may or may not make it to aerobics Wed. Keep on the food journal--it really helps to stay on track. emoticon
