Go to the last one......click on that...then look for Joyce's picture with daily encouragement......there you will find a spot that says daily devotionals. Have you sorted out your swimming queasyness?? the trick is to not eat DAIRY before you swim, eat at least and hour and a half to 2 hours before you swim ( like toast and peanut butter) ...and check your iron levels , if you are low on iron you may feel bad too. Also make sure you take a water bottle with you and stat hydrated, and drink water the rest of the day .... see if that helps!??? LET ME KNOW!!! 2512 days ago
