My Goals:
I started Sparkpeople at 177lbs..which WAS my all time heaviest weight. However I allowed my weight to bloom to a full 185.
Will I make this my LAST all-time high and get serious about taking care of myself? That is my goal!
I really would like to be 145 again...but right now I will set a smaller goal of 160.
160...here I come!!
My Program:
My plan is to stop the unhealthy snacking and cut way, way down on fast food.
Exercise will be daily for at least 30 minutes...mostly in the form of walking on my treadmill.
Personal Information:
I am an emotional eater with an addictive personality. I NEED Jesus to help me through every day! Praise God for His continual strength and grace!
Other Information:
I enjoy movies, Scrabble, reading, playing my guitar, and "coffee talk" with friends. My spiritual goal in life is to be a woman of prayer.
