Hey, I saw your comment about carbs on a Paleo forum.. not sure if you would check back so I thought I'd post on your wall. I like sweet potatoes for some carbs (and they're roots). I normally just wash, poke holes and pop in microwave for about 4.5 minutes or so. I choose some that are about the length of my hand or smaller... Plus you can just add some cinnamon-yummy!
