Well, at least one is a Nike+ guy (Geoff), and one is my real life friend (Pam). I think we will have a nice group--it will probably take some time to get people migrated.

Hope your BBQ went well and thanks for reading my blog. Still two hours until midnight here but all is calm so I presume the world will make it after all. Regarding the red cabbage, I just chop it up and cook it in coconut oil in a big skillet, seasoned with sea salt and whatever you feel like. We like to combine it with well-seasoned meat.

BTW I'm very impressed with your running record! emoticon emoticon
