After a 9 month hiatus on Babyfit, I'm back, and would like to be back to pre-pg. weight or a bit lower by this fall. We're going on a cruise with family in October- that gives me a good long stretch to do things the right way! I have a walking buddy to keep up with too!

Thanks Kristina. I am still a little stiff but hav continued with my regular exercise to work through it. I figure I should be good as new after Pilates tomorrow. emoticon

Thanks for the new bike. It's lovely. I rode 73 miles with a heavy side/head wind the last 10 miles and raised almost 1,000. I think I'll do a nice swim this week to stretch out some. emoticon

Yes my ride is this week end. It is on Saturday. I think we will be riding 70 miles. I am cooking like mad right now getting ready for a fundraiser this evening with 50 people.
