#7 30 things to do before 30

As part of the 30 things to do before I'm 30: Goal #7 get back to my college weight. I've been inspired so much by people here. This is the furthest I've gone in terms of taking myself in years. Keeping to my simple meal plans and working out.

Update:
From working out 30min 3 times a week, I've moved up to 1 1/2 hours 4 times a week. w00t!
Update: Back to square one but working hard for it!

Goals:
Starting Weight: 297 (09/13/10)
Sept 31: 287 ...

1500-1600 cal a day.
Still finding ways to enjoy foods I like.
Gym 4 times a week for about an 1 hour 15 min.
