Life is what you make of it

Hi I'm a new mom and I am here to lose the bay weight and then some. With the help of all you I know I will be able to reach my goal. I have been a yo yo dieter for years and I done doing that. I believe I need a lifestyle and I will get it done.

07/21: 180 lbs
07/28: 176 lbs(-4)
08/18:175 lbs (-1 was on vacation, good thing I didn't gain)

My Goals:
*Run a mile without stopping
*Cut out red meat from my diet.
*exercise at least 10 mins a day
*dance to at least one happy song in the morning.

My Program:
I know I need to exercise at least 5x a week and eat a lot better but allowing myself some foods that are bad so I that I dont eventually completely fall off the wagon

Personal Information:
I'm 24 and a new time mom. I would really like to get motivated using sparkpeople.

Other Information:
I love all things twilight I love my family and because I love my family I want to do this for them.
