I feel really good when I look at my day and my calories are in range. Not just because I did it, but because I FEEL GOOD when I do it.

It is so easy to follow the path of least resistance, i.e.: revert back to old habits. My old habits got me here. I believe it is time to make some new, healthier habits. My body and my life will thank me. emoticon

I look at myself in the mirror and I see all the things I would like to change. I don't see all the things about me that make me unique and awesome. I would like to look in the mirror and be appreciative of the little parts that make me me. I hope that SparklPeople will help me get there. emoticon
