Healthy and Fit

Hi EVERYONE!! I'm back again!! I haven't been here for quite a while, and decided to come back after GAINING 20 lbs.!!! Ughh...I feel horrible. I'm hoping that tracking my calorie intake and exercise habits will help me lose all the weight that I put on this past year. I'm starting new and excited about my journey towards a HEALTHY and FIT ME.

1. Drink water.
2. NO more soda.
3. Eat breakfast every morning.
4. Go to gym atleast 3xs a week.
5. Eat healthy dinners

Personal Information:
I'm 20 yrs old and have a 4 yr old beautiful girl. I used to weight 110-115 lbs before my pregnacy and I ballooned up to 160 lbs just before I gave birth. I would love to go back to my pre-pregnacy weight again, but if I can't atleast come close to it. I also want to learn how to cook and eat healthy for me and my family.
