Hello!!
My name is Kristine, Im a 20 year old girl (soon to be 21 woo woo) with around 100 lbs to lose! This is my year and I shall do it! I am tired of being overweight and it limiting me.

im also an identical twin!

I work out every night a week for 30 minutes, mostly cardio, as I get going im going to try to add some weight training too.

Im studying at the University of wisconsin eau claire for nursing :)

She was really sweet actually! I was so surprised! The last hour was a little hard because she got so anxious and couldn't fall asleep. I hurt my back a little though, she couldn't bear any weight and had bed sores on both heels so I had to practically lift all of her dead weight! Luckily she was only 95 pounds! But still, my back hurt bad! It was only the muscles though, nothing serious.

Today was the first time I have worked out in about 5 days! Lol. But I'm down 2 pounds since I last weighed :) I've been careful with my eating. Why don't you have a place to live? Where have you been staying? Making time for workouts is so much harder when I am working full time! Props to you for doing it during work and school! And great job with your weight loss so far :)

I am super tired! Luckily a 12 hr shift got cancelled so I have the day off. Tomorrow I am taking care of a woman who has advanced altzheimers and sundowners effect. She is very aggressive and hostile. Haven't met her yet, but I'm kinda nervous because I'm with her tomorrow for 12 hours. Hopefully it goes well. I've taken care of people like this before, but not for 12 hours!

I don't have a kinect, but use the wii. I heard the kinect is an awesome tool for weight loss though :) Good luck with it! My diet and workout plan has really been non-existent so far this week. I'm not eating terribly, just not enough! And I am going to put in some hours tonight at the gym while I watch the Biggest Loser! Hopefully I can get rid of these long shifts and possibly just work part time! I'm so tired! Glad I got a surprise day off though! I needed it!

Well happy belated birthday! Its always nice to get hit on! Ya, I would've punched that guy! Hope you had tons of fun! I was good for my 21st and only had one drink :) Lol. The lowest weight I have been the past 2 or 3 years was 172, it was after a huge party. I pretty much threw up everything. It was gross. I was so dehydrated! It was nice to be that low though lol. That was like a year ago.

That's awesome! I love caring and helping people as well. I am working 48 hours Mon-Thurs. I really need to make working out a priority. I just am pretty sure I will be exhausted. I will get up, work, workout, and go to bed. That's it. Lol. I get overtime though so that will be nice!

How has your summer been so far?

Thanks! I'm afraid to weigh myself because I have been eating so bad on weekends! Its like I have to work to catch up all week! I'm planning on weighing myself either Friday or Saturday and seeing what the damage is :)
You are going to be a professional student aren't you! Lol. When did you decided you wanted to do nursing and why?
Good for you for trying something new! I think I would be too chicken to try a zumba class. I'm fine dancing by myself when no one is watching, but then I feel like a retard! That's a crazy about of calories! Bring your own fan! Lol. I see people at the gym who cart around fans with them and put them in front of their treadmills. Then you could get the whole model effect with the hair blowing in the wind and the dancing :)

Well I hope you are feeling better now! I was without internet for a couple days at my parent's cabin. It was nice. Thanks :) You are too. I love your eyes! I wish I had blue eyes!
How long have you been going to school for? I have probably 2 and a half left. I'm just frustrated because the college I want to go to is about 20 grand a year. I don't want to go into debt so that means I need to work my butt off to save up! Looking for jobs tomorrow! Hope your weekend was great!
