Daydreaming...

It's hard for me to loose weight, and I'm the world's worst/best enabler. Need that brownie for comfort? Come to me and I'll help you feel better about eating it. I do this to myself all the time and I want to stop or at least slow the process. I have a short term goal of a pre-pregnancy pair of jeans. My long term goal is to reach the smallest I've ever been in my adult life - below 200lbs. Been there before so I know its possible.

My Goals:
I want to fit into a pair of size 18/20 jeans. Not that far away from where I am. But, if I can get there, then I can get to the next size down.. and the next.. and the next...

My Program:
I'm going to count calories - something I usually have problems with after the first 2 days. Hopefully this will make me more aware of what goes into my mouth... So that I'll be able to control it. After that, some exercise. Hey, any exercise!

Personal Information:
There was a time in my life when I actually felt pretty. I felt like I was sexy and desired. That was the lowest weight I've ever been in my adult life and it took major depression to get me there. I don't want to go that route again if I can help it, but I do want to feel that way again.

Always remember that muscle weighs more than fat. If you're getting a lot of exercise in, chances are you're putting on muscle. Don't let the scales scare you. Go by how your clothes fit and do measurements each month.

If I'm craving something really hardcore, I'll have just a bite of it. I know you can't do that with everything but it helps with things like chips and cookies.
