My legs feel like tree trunks rooted to the ground. Every diet I ever tried has worked very well. Until I stopped the program. I need help with motivation.

Late 50's, in Austin, Tx area. Hospice Nurse. 2 grown kids, ages 31 and 33. Aries sun, Virgo Rising, Aquarius Moon.
Other Information:
I live with 2 chihuahuas, 3 cats and the love of my life. My favorite activities are reading, messing around on the computer, craft activities, and hanging out with friends. I am also a marathin sleeper!
