My Goals:
To stick with it! I've been so flighty; Putting up goals seems useless when I have to keep erasing them.

4/9/09: BURN 500 CALS/DAY!

My Program:
:Lifestyle change. Enjoy the good things. Fast food and watching tv are not good; forcing myself to eat 900 cals and and do 60 min on the stepper are not "good."

Right now, I'm enjoying how good foods are that people have been eating for ages. I'm having fun with exercise - kickboxing and yoga. If I pursue it this way, it leads me to the lifestyle I need (unlike starving and dragging myself to the gym).

Other Information:
People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing -- that's why we recommend it daily
