150 to Lose

Just one pound at a time, I'll get there.

I've been fat for so long I don't know what it will be like to be thinner. I want it so bad. I'm ready to improve my health and make the positive changes that will stick with me forever.

I'm an on again off again dieter, but I'd like to find the stick to it moment. Here's hoping that I get to succeed this time and not give up. I'm changing the way I look at food and the way I cook and shop for food.

I'm gluten intolerant, probably Celiac since my father has it. I just stopped eating gluten one day and all of my negative symptoms disappeared. I'm never going back - I feel so much better eating this way.

My Goals:
My current long term goals are:

1. I will make every effort to lose 1/2 to 1 lb a week with no more than 2 lbs a week.
2. I will aim for 30 mins of exercise 5 days a week, although daily would be better.
3. I will not let stress burden me overly much. I will not worry about the things I can do nothing about.
4. I will plan every meal so that it is balanced and healthy. I will have a salad with every meal eaten out.

My daily goals are:

1. Eat plenty of variety in dishes to not get bored.
2. I will eat at least 3 servings of vegetables daily.
3. Exercise 30 mins or do one strength training routine.
4. Take my vitamins

My Program:
Non ketogenic Gluten Free low-carb (no strict plan) with more exercise

I'm famous in my own niche. :P

1st Goal: 330
2nd Goal: 300
3rd Goal: 270
4th Goal: 240
Ultimate Goal: 220 lbs or less!
