My Goals:
My goals are to better manage my thyroid disease and arthritis. To feel stronger, healthier and hopefully skinnier : )
My Program:
I am currently using Leslie Sansone's walk away the pounds dvds to help shed the weight.
Food wise I use the sparks recommendations of course! Also read alot of health and fitness magazines.
For my thyroid problem I have been educating myself reading books by Mary Shomon and joining online support groups.
Other Information:
I love to read especially books by Wally Lamb, T.C Boyle, Tom Robbins, Jeff Noon, Neil Gaiman and Love the Southern Vampire Series by Charlaine Harris.
I am a tv junkie! And can not miss True Blood, House, The Big C, Weeds and Castle.
Also love music- it lifts your mood. I love it all classic rock like Tom Petty, Country like Taylor Swift and Lady Antebellum, new wave/80's like The Cure and Billy Idol and new stuff like Kings of Leon.
