My Goals:
I've been overweight at least a bit all my life, so I think I'm nervous about actually being thin. Through this process I hope to become a healthier, happier person and learn to love myself more.

My Program:
i'm doing cardio four times a week for 45 minutes and am going to try some sort of weight training (though I don't know what yet) a couple of days a week too... oh, and i'll try to watch my calorie intake, that's the toughest part.

I'm also getting into raw eating.. I'm expecting a book and dvd in the mail very soon and am considering doing a 30 day raw food diet to see how I feel after.

Personal Information:
I just moved to Central New York from Texas to be with my fiance.. it's a big change, but I'm enjoying it for the most part.. even though I miss texas and my family and friends a lot!

Other Information:
I love music and travel, hence I love travelling to music festivals such as bonnaroo, ACL festival, Music Midtown (R.I.P.), Moutain Jam, Grassroots festival etc..etc. I'm into yoga, being crafty, knitting and sewing, project runway, cooking, dancing, meditation, health, and natural medicine.

i have lost 33#'s total since sept. most of it doing raw food. not suffering either. a few times i have blatantly fallen off the raw wagon, but all in all, it's been going well. having the right kitchen tools really helps in keeping with the program. being able to make some good recipes. i look forward to garden season and good fresh organic home grown veggies.
i haven't enrolled in alyssa's site- i only have so much time... but i read it regularly, and search out questions & recipes.
can't do the search here like that.
but i like other features here and of course, my pals.
thanks for writing back!

Here are some good wishes for 2007! After the holiday binging, I am entering detox (ha ha) on 1/2 - no more sugar, processed foods, etc. Hoping we can celebrate together next year this time at our GOAL WEIGHT!
