Healing The World One Soul at a Time

I've been on an amazing journey so far. I've battled my weight and my health with some major ups and major downs. What i have realized is that our body is a temple, and when you focus on total wellness of the mind, body, and soul you can achieve anything. My goal is to be healthy. i may not be at the weight that i strive to have but i know so far that my body has become healthy and strong and that the rest will fall into place with time.

I've had a personal journey with spirituality over the course of my life. I feel honored and blessed to of had the experiences that i have, and been able to take leaps and bounds in the short time I've been on this planet. Through this journey i have found that i am very much a teacher and a spiritual sounding board for a lot of people in my life. I do my best to encourage love in others because no matter what you believe if you have faith and love you can always live with peace and happiness

My Goals:
To be happy in peace and love with the world and my body.

More specifically I would like to start jogging regularly again come spring. (5 miles a day by July)
Build core and chest strength in hopes of starting yoga instructor classes in the fall


My Program:
1. Quit Tobacco
2. Limit processed foods, and eating out.
3. Start working out daily.
4. Meditate 4 times a week
5. Yoga 3 times a week
6. Find a place to volunteer, and do so



Personal Information:
I live in colorado. I am a massage therapist and i believe our purpose in life is to live in peace and harmony with the world and do what we can to bring wellness to those around us. i love animals, to be outside, and theology.
