NO IT'S NOT EASY TO LOOSE WEIGHT. BUT YOU ARE DOING IT AND KEEPING TRACK OF YOUR GOALS YOU CAN DO IT..SO NEVER LET ANY ONE TELL YOU CAN'T DO IT..I FEEL ANY ONE PERSON CAN DO ANYTHING IF THEY BUT THEIR MIND TO IT AND HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF SUPPORT. AND THAT IS THE MAIN THING AN ONE PERSON NEEDS IS SUPPORT.YOU CAN GET ALL THE SUPPORT YOU WANT RIGHT HERE ON SPARKS PEOPLE.COM. I PICKED THIS PICTURE BECAUSE IF YOU IF YOU THINK POSITIVE THEN YOU MAKE ANYTHING HAPPEN SO A LITTLE PEACE FULLNESS HELPS.

ONCE YOU FACE THE THINGS THAT ARE BOTHER YOU OR MAKING YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE TO EAT YOU CAN MOVE ON. ONCE THIS HAPPENS THEN WHEN OTHER THINGS COME AT YOU IN THIS MEAN WORLD YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH THEM FACE ON. IT HELPS YOU GROW AS A PERSON, HELP YOU TO RESPECT YOUR SELF, HAVE CONFEDENT, AND I FEEL YOU WILL SUCCEED IN LIFE AND WHAT EVER IT THROWS YOUR WAY.

My Goals:
My goals are to start living a happy and healthier life. I want to loose weight for myself. I want to be able to play with my grand kids and enjoy the out doors life with them and not be out of breath.


My Program:
I am goingt o exercise 3 times a week for 30 min.s and take a walk two times a week working my way up to going as far as I can hopefully walking around the bock which would be a 5 mile walk. Drink more water working my way to no less then 8 glasses a day. Do nothing but think as positive as I can. post signs around my house look in the mirror and say one thing nice about my self everyday.



Personal Information:
I am a grandmother of 4 awesome grand son's and 2 step grand daughter's. I live life for them they are my world. I have a awesome husband that puts up with a lot from me. He has a lot of health problems that gets him down so he has pulled away. We both quit smoking together 2 years ago. I am doing this for myslef but i am also hoping that my hubby will see me really working on this and he will start doing a little more for himself.

    i had forgot my password so I made a new page. I am lumpy1006 now. I have started over again. for the hunderdth time. I will stay with it this time. I finally have my husbands supporting me.. WOO HOO!!!

    Thanks for your support sparkfriend!! I have the same problem not being able to get down on the ground/floor anymore. I really hope getting this weight off will change all that. It seems just a few short years ago, I could sit on the floor and bounce back up, hardly using my hands. I hope to get some of that back after the weight is gone!
