I am a 51 year old who has always struggled with my weight. At my highest weight, I was 250 lbs. In 2008 I finally hit a healthy BMI and reached 163 lbs. The last 5 years have been an up and down battle trying to maintain my weight.

I want to be a good example to the young people in my family, church, and school. I want them to know that the Lord can help them in EVERY area of their lives, including health and fitness.

Hi LuLu glad to see you are still around. I'm getting back in this. I was so close to my goal and then lost my focus. Now I have gained back 18 lbs, Thank goodness I have kept off 14 lbs of the 32 I lost. Well I'm at it again. This time I am going to make it happen. I'll be seeing you around. Keep up your fitness minutes.
