I am SO glad that I did. It makes all the difference in keeping me motivated because I really don't want to throw all that money away! I can already tell a huge difference and it is really nice to be able to play with my dogs or go on bike rides and not get winded. Getting fit has opened up a whole new world for me! I'm not afraid of exercise and being outdoors anymore. Actually it's the complete opposite- I love it!

Maintaining a diet of 1250 - 1600 calories/day. Boot Camp Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday. CardiO2 Tuesday and Thursday. No soda & no caffeine! No fast food!
