My Goals:
My goal is just to get moving! I know my body is capable of bouncing back after the baby and I know it can look as good as it did 10 years ago! I just want to try and KEEP trying. I don't want to give up on myself. I'm worth it dangit!

Get in 100's by Thanksgiving Weekend!

Get Body Fat under 65 lbs by Thanksgiving.



My Program:
Startup Program

Cardio 5 days a week at least 35 min a day

Strength Training 3 x a week

Counting Calories and omitting soda and eating more fruits and veggies

Agreed! I think at the 8 week mark of consistantly working out we should do the pedicure's together. That way it is reward of working out and eating good! So basically that puts us at next week. So maybe one day next week after work or Saturday AM (nov. 14) we could go and do this. : ) I found a place that is really relaxing and for me it could kill 2 birds with one stone since I leave the following morning for vacation. : ) Let me know what you think. I think it is time that we reward ourselves.
