My Goals:
My goal is just to get moving! I know my body is capable of bouncing back after the baby and I know it can look as good as it did 10 years ago! I just want to try and KEEP trying. I don't want to give up on myself. I'm worth it dangit! Get in 100's by Thanksgiving Weekend! Get Body Fat under 65 lbs by Thanksgiving.
My Program:
Startup Program Cardio 5 days a week at least 35 min a day Strength Training 3 x a week Counting Calories and omitting soda and eating more fruits and veggies
