I got there just by religiously tracking my food and making sure I used up more cals in movement than I ate. I am so glad I achieved my goal and it is amazing how my aches and pains have diminished and I am so much more flexible.

I love using the resistance band, so good for flexibility and I have a Wii and do the balance and fitness things on that. How long will you be away this time?
