I just read thru all 12 pages of your blog - what a journey! Keep up your hard work! I'm impressed!

I have a goal to do 3 5k's this year.. I'm allowing the first 1 to be a walk, the 2nd a walk \ run.. and the 3rd a run (errr... umm.. jog).

You're an inspiration!
