Hi!!

Okay for Disney..its 7 hours and then the goofy bus comes to sweep you up hahahaha.

For Hartford with the 8run/1walk, i was 5:27, but I definitely didn't run as hard as i could have because i was running with my training group and they were slow, i wanted to run faster but i didn't want to make them mad. At mile 15, i looked at one of my partners, she looked at me, and we just took off, we couldn't take it anymore. She was normally the slowest in the whole group, but that day, we were the first of our group to cross the finish line. Also, i was running with terrible terrible plantar fasciitis, and probably shouldn't have run the race, but i refused to be stopped. I am confident to come in at 5 hours or earlier doing the same thing.

Don't worry about the run/walk in terms of time, it has really helped in terms of recovering faster and keeping injury away. I have many many friends who run 4 hours with walk/run.

Can't wait!!!!
