My Program:
DO'S:

Walk a minimum of 10,000 steps a day.

Pescetarian

Drink minimum of 64 oz water daily (I try).

Daily Fiber intake (Metamucil)

Cook

DONT'S:

No Sodas of any kind, ever!

No Artificial sweeteners as a general rule, including sucrolose, etc.

No coffee

Cut as many refined white processed foods as possible. ALWAYS

Stop eating out so much-2-3 times/month or less and choose pescetarian dishes

Personal Information:
I live in West Texas and it sucks!

Other Information:
I am hard core on the path to a normal BMI.
