Hi. My name is Michele. I am 29 years old and need to lose 100+ pounds to help improve my health. I have been overweight my whole life (14 yrs old: 230 lbs, 15: 290 lbs, 17: 310 lbs, 20: 340 lbs, 25: 360 lbs).

Since joining Sparkpeople in 2006 my weight loss has been up and down. A lot has happened in my life and I'm ready to settle down and get my health in order.

I am vegan, a compulsive over eater and a sugar addict. I struggle daily to make healthy food choices that will help my body instead of harming it.

- Lose weight to live a longer, healthier life with my future daughter

To be healthy physically, mentally and spiritually

To be vegan for two years (2017-12-29)

- Make healthier food choices
- Follow a high carb, low fat, whole foods, vegan diet
- Complete at least 10 minutes of exercise every day
