NO EXCUSES NO EXCUSES

NO EXCUSES is my motto for the year.

I always seem to have a good (lol) EXCUSE as to way I did not meet my goal.

I was tired. I dont have time. I dont have money to buy the right food. I have a headace. My hip hurts. And so many many many more.

AND THEY ARE ALL JUST THAT EXCUSES!!!!!

EXCUSES are so easy to come up with, and so easy to say time and time again. Well not anymore. Not for me!

This year MY EXCUSES end.

I am going to turn MY EXCUSES into I WILL I CAN AND I DID !!!

Last year I ran my 1st 5K and I was very happy with my time. I did it in less than 45 mints. But I had to walk some of it and run some. This year I WILL run that 5K in under 30 mints and this time I WILL run it all the way.

Last year I let MY EXCUSES get in the way of MY goal. Well this year I am pushing MY EXCUSES out the door and bringing in all of MY I WILL I CAN AND I DID !!!

Yes this year I WILL be true to myself!
I WILL do my workouts!
I WILL eat right!
I WILL try my hardest not to worry about things!
I WILL spend more time enjoying my life!
I WILL be a better wife, mother, grandma and daughter!

And this year I WILL SUCCED BECAUSE I KNOW I CAN!

Hope all is well with you. I'm still hanging in here. I managed to get 2 days of exercise in this week. I still have my days with this knee, but so far this has been a good week.
