A New Year - a clean slate, the sky is the limit! Let's see what story this year will reveal.
Chapter 1 - 1-1-2013
I have set goals in the past and watched them pass right on by. I have made lots of positive life style changes but none greater than using Sparkpeople to help me stay on track.
I look forward to joining alongside some of my favorite people on here who walk the walk and make change happen.
Time to set some new goals and make 2013 a winner!!

My Program:
I am alternating my fitness to weights for upper body one day then cardio workout the next and weights for lower body the next each week.
Logging my food is key to make sure I am staying within my preset boundaries.
Personal Information:
In 2013 I am saying I am worth it! This Georgia girl is not giving up. I am single, in my 50's and want to stay in great health to keep up with my 3 year old grandson and the one due in April! I want to live each day with great expectation of what I can become and what I can give back in the process!
