My Goals:
Get up at 5 AM on weekdays. Get to gym by 6:30 AM. Keep positive attitude.

My Program:
Eating healthy, doing cardio 45 minutes, 8 minutes abs. 3x a week then 30 mins cardio, 15 mins strength training 2x a week.
