hey Lori! thanks for stopping by :) My hip hurting so bad is why I had to stop the water classes. Water exercise is the only kind of exercise I can do because of the arthritis. I was going 3 times a week until the last time I almost didn't make it out of the water to the dressing room and then home. I thought my hip was going out like my left one did in 2005 when I had to have it replaced. I scheduled an appt with the ortho doc. The xrays showed the cartilage is okay and it is my arthritis that has the tendon/sligaments inflammed, so my RH sent me to a pain specialist. I can't wait to get the shot on Friday so I can get back in the water.

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I think I have pretty realistic goals and I let myself indulge just enough at times to keep the craving down and I love love love to workout! I don't go overboard, I don't see the sense in working out for 4 hours a day. I also realize that it is not feasible for me so I have a plan and I stick to it and enjoy it.
