I'm tired of being unhealthy!! I can use all the support I can get. The Holidays killed me. I went completely off my diet and didn't get the exercise I needed. Now I'm back on track and ready to get it OFF!

My Goals:
I want to get healthy and loose weight.Swimsuit season coming up doesn't hurt either. I want to get down to 140 by Dec. 31st, I want to run a 5 k this summer or fall, and I want to get into shape enough to kick some roller derby ass!

My Program:
I was on a VLCD program, but just couldn't afford it anymore. Now I count my calories like mad and am trying to work more exercise into my routine again. Gonna start running again now that it's warm out, and get to the rink at least once a week to get my skate legs back. Targeting my core,back, and arms for strength training.

Great job on your weight loss so far! :)

I'm too chicken to do most of the classes at the gym, glad you enjoyed BodyFlow! Maybe I will check it out sometime.
