my goal is to except me and love me!. My #1 goal is to keep my family and myself eating the right things, exercising, and just being all around healthy!
I walk on treadmill everyday, but there are occasions where I skip a day or two in the week, I am a busy mom. I always take the stairs and walk any time I have the option. I need to tone more so I do need to find a good toning exercise that works for me!
