I have started doing situps with my swiss ball and I am really feeling it. It is so difficult to work those lower abs though. I can only do a few leg lifts at a time. I have also started taking spinning which is great for the legs. I am so excited about getting in shape. I hope i stay excited about it. 3658 days ago

Hi- I read on your post that you do sit-ups everyday. Does it seem to be helping?My problem area is my middle and that is what I need to work on the most but I always hear that you cannot spot reduce.
Just wanted to stop by and say Hi. I noticed we have very similar goals in both starting weight and goal weight. I too am working to get back into those skinny jeans. I have so many jeans in so many sizes, and none of them fit! At least I have a wardrobe to work with as I lose weight and get back to the small ones!
