Makin' it Stick!
I've lost the same 50 pounds about 3 times and am really ready to lose it for good. I love trying new healthy recipes and sharing them with my supportive husband.

My Program:
Exercise: walking every day on lunch and at home minimum 50 minutes. Aerobic/strength training 3-4 times a week for 45 minutes. Get sweaty! Track food every day (I do it in writing)

I live in California winecountry with my awesome husband. We have two Beagles and a cat.
