Becoming friends with the mirror

My name is Alivia, and i've been working out on a regular basis since march 2012. My results were good; I was losing inches and gaining muscle, even though my weight stayed about the same.
Recently Ive been losing motivation and getting bored with my workout plan, so i've decided to try strength trainning. I have some knowledge on weight lifting, but I'm definitely a beginner! I found a 12 wk strength trainning plan on simplyshredded.com and I'm starting it today monday Oct 1 2012. ...
