40's and getting fit
I am married to a wonderful man and have 4 beautiful children, 2 in University and 2 in Junior High/ High school. I have been over weight for sometime and I am not liking how I feel or how I look. My plan is to exercise more and to eat healthier with a lot less snacking in the evening.

I am doing my January challenge and walking on my new treadmill (I love it by the way). I am also trying to eat healthier and in smaller portions.

Southern Alberta, and no, if you were wondering, do you have to get onto a dog sled once you get to the boarder. Alberta is like Montana, big, flat and has its beautiful areas.
