Me in 2013

In 2008 I weighed 250 pounds. Then I lost 105 pounds and was down to 145. Three years ago I quit exercising and now I weigh 171. Starting to exercise again and goal is 140 lbs. Weights 3 days a week and cardio 3 days a week. One day of rest!!

Hey Laurie! Welcome to this wonderful site! There is so much to do here, you can join a team of your liking to get extra support from your team mates. Browse the teams a little bit. I think you will enjoy them. On the Start page there are are also a few links that will point you in the right direction. Try out Spark Coach. They have a 7 day free trial, but in those 7 days, you already get really good advice and a jump start. YOu have the option of signing on after that, but it really is up to you what kind of tools you would like to use here.
