Want to get back into shape

I need lose at least 50+ pounds to get back in shape.. I do have one thing that stands in my way. I have a torn ACL anad cartlidge and have had this for over 3 years. I just got a Tony Little gazele and have started out with 5 min a day on it. I need help with some other exercises to start looking good and feeling good again

I’m kicking this week off the right way….. with NO EXCUSES!

MAKE TIME to exercise, drink plenty of water, and make great food choices.

WE ARE DROPPING the WEIGHT and FEELING GREAT! Period.

I just wanted to post a quick welcome to Chair Exercise TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. Just jump right in. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker.
